Brett Rubin, a partner at Rubin Abramson, focuses on the representation of injured workers in the workers’ compensation system in New York State.

 

Mr. Rubin has represented thousands of injured workers before the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board in all aspects of Workers’ Compensation Law. He advises clients on the intricacies of the Workers’ Compensation Law and on ways to successfully negotiate the system.

 

He is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and in the United States District Court for New Jersey.  During the course of his career, Mr. Rubin has handled trials in Manhattan Criminal Court and New York State Supreme Court, and has argued before the Appellate Division, First Department.

 

He is a member of the Injured Workers Bar Association and the New York State Workers’ Compensation Alliance.

 

He received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Arizona State University in 2002, and a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from New York Law School in 2005.
