Stuart Goldstein, a licensed representative at Rubin, Abramson LLP, has worked with the firm for 37 years, representing members of numerous Teamsters locals in all aspects of workers’ compensation.

 

Mr. Goldstein is recognized for his knowledge of all elements of insurance and the claims process.  Prior to joining Rubin, Abramson LLP, he worked for Liberty Mutual as a claims adjuster supervisor, and hearing representative. During his tenure at the Rubin, Abramson LLP, Mr. Goldstein has attended thousands of hearings on behalf on injured workers.

 

After receiving honorary release from the United States Air Force, he received his Bachelor of Arts in Communications with honors from Queens College in 1978.
